I started my career in the construction industry after 20 years of service in the U.S. Navy. I began working for a General Contractor that performed every aspect of construction from the ground up, no sub-contractors, we did it all.
I learned how to install foundations, install the sub floor, layout and frame the structure, build the roof, install roof coverings, windows and doors. I learned how to install the electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems. I installed insulation, drywall, interior and exterior finishes. I even installed irrigation systems and sod.
I started my own company in custom framing specialized in Insulated Concrete Forms (ICF’s) and later began doing home repairs and renovations. I have performed repairs and completed renovations on every aspect of Pensacola homes. Now I am a Florida State-licensed, Certified Professional Inspector. As a professional my job is to provide you with the Best Inspection possible. Who could do a better inspection than someone that has experience working on every aspect of your home?
