Certified Professional Inspector, Florida License HI8896
I started my career in the construction industry after 20 years of service in the U.S. Navy. I began working for a General Contractor that performed every aspect of construction from the ground up, no sub-contractors, we did it all.
I learned how to install foundations, install the sub floor, layout and frame the structure, build the roof, install roof coverings, windows and doors. I learned how to install the electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems. I installed insulation, drywall, interior and exterior finishes. I even installed irrigation systems and sod.
I started my own company in custom framing specialized in Insulated Concrete Forms (ICF’s) and later began doing home repairs and renovations. I have performed repairs and completed renovations on every aspect of Pensacola homes. Now I am a Florida State-licensed, Certified Professional Inspector. As a professional my job is to provide you with the Best Inspection possible. Who could do a better inspection than someone that has experience working on every aspect of your home?
InterNACHI’s Buy Back Program (Program) is a program InterNACHI offers to homebuyers that select a participating InterNACHI member to perform their home inspection. Under the Program, if the inspector misses something the inspector should have made mention of, InterNACHI will buy your home back. The program is subject to certain terms and conditions. Contact Mark Devlin for additional details.
InterNACHI is so certain of the integrity of our members that we back them up with our $10,000 Honor Guarantee. InterNACHI will pay up to $10,000 (USD; maximum collective aggregate) for the cost of replacement of personal property lost (and not recovered, restituted or insured) during an inspection and stolen by an InterNACHI-certified member who was convicted of or pleaded guilty (or no contest) to any criminal charge resulting from the member’s taking of the client’s personal property. Claimant agrees that the exclusive venue for any action against InterNACHI arising out of this Honor Guarantee is the District Court in Boulder County, Colorado. InterNACHI’s Honor Guarantee is valid in all of the U.S. and Canada.
Whenever a Best Inspect Report recommends repairs, it is in your best interest to have the repairs made and re-inspected upon completion. A home repairs inspection will ensure all repairs were done completely and correctly. You can get an optional estimate of home repairs through a third-party.
Best Inspect has partnered with Repair Pricer to offer optional repair estimates for items identified as needing repair or replacement in the inspection report. Repair Pricer is a third-party service provided as a convenience to Best Inspect clients. Repair Pricer is solely responsible for the accuracy of repair estimates.
